April is World Autism Awareness Month and promotes inclusion and self-determination for all, and assure that each person with ASD is provided the opportunity to achieve the highest possible quality of life. Our goal is to help bring awareness as well as acceptance and raise fund for our Autism Center and programs. Help us by participating in our event! Run 4 Autism will particularly benefit Autistic people through registration fees and optional donations, with 100% of the proceeds being donated to the Bahrain Society for children with behavioral and communication difficulties. Funds collected will go towards Alia Rehabilitation Center located in A’Ali. Alia Rehabilitation Center is a community leader providing a unique blend of ABA therapies and in-center to build critical socialization skills in student development. The center provides individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and services to children and families across Bahrain. The programs are designed to teach the critical skills children need to lead productive and happy lives. The center also provides programs for young children as well as adults.
